Cacao nibs and rum are aged in oak barrels for 4 to 5 months before processing into chocolate.
Our chocolate is handcrafted in Honokaʻa, Hawai'i and produced in small batches to ensure the finest quality. We start by selecting the finest cacao beans and carefully roasting, refining and conching the final product, making minute adjustments throughout the process to ensure each batch expresses its full potential.
Hawaiʻi island's pristine air and rich volcanic soil produce some of the finest cacao beans in the world. Our dark chocolate and barrel aged chocolate captures the clean, pure flavor of Hawaiian grown cacao.
