Cold Packs & Insulation

Guarantee your shipment arrives in perfect condition with a cold pack and insulating pouch. We recommend purchasing one cold pack and insulation for every 10 bars purchased.  While we've received only a few messages about product arriving melted, unfortunately we can not guarantee your chocolate unless you've purchased cold packs.  During fall and winter months these are not needed unless you live in Hawaii.
