Reserve Collection Chocolates

Our reserve collection bars are surplus bars from our premium subscription.  When we have any remaining, we offer them to you here. These are one of a kind, single batch chocolates that include single estate Hawaiian bars made from the beans we purchase from our Hawaii growers, special Barrel aged bars, and a third bar that includes anything from a global bean source to a special ingredient bar such as Hawaiian vanilla.  These bars are 2oz each and in most cases 70% cacao.
